How we collect, store and use your personal data
1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
Through forms on the site we collect: name, phone, comment (optional). The minimum needed to call you back and arrange the move. Email is not required. IP address and user-agent are stored for security.
3. Purpose
Exclusively to contact you regarding your order: call back, agree on the details of the move, confirm dispatch time. Data is NOT used for newsletters, advertising or sharing with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party (or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract).
5. Retention period
Up to 12 months after the order is completed — for accounting and possible repeat enquiries. After that, data is deleted or anonymised. Accounting documents are kept for 5 years as required by Polish law.
6. Who we share with
Your data is processed only on infrastructure services without which the site would not work: Cloudflare Inc. (hosting and DNS, US/EU) and Telegram (notifications about a request to our dispatcher). We do NOT sell data to advertising networks.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not identify individual users. That is why there is no cookie banner on the site (none is required).
8. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it («right to be forgotten»), restrict processing, obtain a copy in a machine-readable format, object. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority UODO: uodo.gov.pl.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown above. Significant changes will be announced on the site 30 days in advance.
